Dr. Talley’s preferred products are Dysport and Restylane by Gladerma.

Dysport is a prescription injectable that works by temporarily relaxing the muscles in the face to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It does this by blocking nerve signals to the muscle.

Dysport is FDA approved like Botox but at a better price point for our clients. Dr Talley says that most of her clients feel it has a softer, more natural look.

Restylane is a Hyaluronic acid filler used to plump the skin and smooth out wrinkles.

Both options are safe with relatively no downtime.

Once established, Dysport is a quick appointment that can leave little bumps and or redness at the injections site for about 30 minutes. You cannot touch the area and or lie down for several hours.

Restylane filler takes about 45 minutes and can leave swelling in the area and a chance for bruising for several days.
