The Advanced Hydration Facial is a combination of Lactic Acid and Iontophoresis.

Iontophoresis is a light electrical current that is added over the Lactic Acid and super charges this hydrating acid into action.

And when you add the Iontophoresis through the Lactic Acid, it is even more so.

The Iontophoresis helps to overcome the skin barrier for better product penetration.

These work very well together to improve hydration in that ever dry skin, even hormonally dry skin.

Who is a Good Candidate?

Anyone who is dealing with dry skin. This can be due to genetics, hormones, or even medications.

This treatment is also a great way to get that sought after dewy look.

But unfortunately, because of the electrical current, any person with a pacemaker cannot use Iontophoresis.

What to Expect During Treatment

During treatment, your skin is thoroughly cleansed with the Environ's Triple Cleanse.

The Lactic Acid is applied to the skin and covered with a wet gauze.

This is covered in conductive gel and the Iontophoresis probes are attached to the corners.

The client also holds a probe to complete the circuit.

The Lactic Acid and Iontophoresis stay on the skin for 15 minutes.

This is then removed and anything left is rubbed in.

Then custom serums are applied, and the alginate mask is layered over the top.

The Iontophoresis is then plugged into the mask for another 10 minutes to really drive the ingredients into the skin.

Then the facial is finished with hydration and sunscreen.
